I’m extra fun with caffeine.

Sundays with family are my happiest days.

My perfect morning consists of an early morning sunrise, coffee, and quiet time with Jesus.

I could binge on chocolate, cookies, and “The Office” all night long.

Grease and Mamma Mia are my jam.

My ideal night is sitting around the fire pit and pool with my girlfriends.

My favorite trip has been to the Big Island, Hawaii, but my dream trip is Copenhagen, Denmark.

I want to say I love living out in the country, but I really enjoy picking up a latte at the Starbucks on every corner.

Kate & Tanner’s Wright House Wedding

Kate & Tanner’s wedding at the Wright House was beautiful! Their wedding was different than most weddings and so special!

They were married at the Mesa temple. Everything was in bloom and gorgeous! You can tell their whole family was so excited for them!! And then their reception was at the Wright House, which was gorgeous! They had printed and framed tons of photos from their engagement session in all kind of big different frames and used it as décor all over!! It was amazing!

The reception at the Wright House was very intimate and simple. Neither one of them like being the center of attention, so they choose not to do any specialty dances or any of the typical ‘wedding traditions’ and just enjoy having all of their friends and family in one place. I love it when couples plan their wedding for what they will enjoy and don’t feel like they need to do everything. Their wedding felt very true to them and it was perfect!

Let that be encouraging to you if you are planning a wedding and feel like there are certain events that have to take place. I know everyone says it, but no two weddings are the same. So, plan your ceremony and reception to be true to who you are as a couple and what you enjoy.

From a photographer’s perspective the day was amazing! Since their ceremony was so much earlier than their reception, they had TONS of time for those ‘just married’ portraits. Which means we were able to play around a little extra and get so many amazing photos of the two of them!! As a photographer, it felt like a dream to have so much time for portraits!! And we were able to take so many stunning photos of the two of them just married!!

It’s always endearing to see just how much friends and family are truly excited for the couple. That is something super special I’ve noticed with smaller more intimate weddings. It really allows the bride and groom to spend so much more time with the guest. And have more time together to celebrate!

I hope you enjoy scrolling through Kate & Tanner’s Wright House wedding day! It’s always such a joy to second shoot for Olivia Sanchez!!
