I’m extra fun with caffeine.

Sundays with family are my happiest days.

My perfect morning consists of an early morning sunrise, coffee, and quiet time with Jesus.

I could binge on chocolate, cookies, and “The Office” all night long.

Grease and Mamma Mia are my jam.

My ideal night is sitting around the fire pit and pool with my girlfriends.

My favorite trip has been to the Big Island, Hawaii, but my dream trip is Copenhagen, Denmark.

I want to say I love living out in the country, but I really enjoy picking up a latte at the Starbucks on every corner.

Taylor & Adam’s Wedding at the Kiva Club

It’s never lost on me how as a wedding photographer, there are special moments that I’m privileged to capture and watch up close. There were so many of those sweet moments at Taylor and Adam’s Wedding at the Kiva Club. And they all just absolutely melted my heart…

Their wedding day was beautiful at every level and was filled with so much love and emotion! The bridal party was Adam’s brother and Taylor’s sister… very sweet and intimate. You can tell how close they all are as a family. The whole family is proud and happy for Taylor and Adam. Almost every family member that went up to take a photo with them, would look in their eyes and become teary. Love just poured out of their family!

One of my favorite moments of their whole wedding day was their first look. As Adam was waiting for Taylor to walk up, he asked me if it was bad if he didn’t cry. I told him that I’ve noticed that not all grooms cry when they see their bride walk up. That’s fine, but just to enjoy this moment for what it is.

As Taylor called out to Adam and he turned around to see her the two of them couldn’t help but tear up when they were together. It was so sweet and emotional as if the weight of this moment had truly sunk in for them.

There are so many reasons why I love the first look, but my favorite reason is that it simply gives the bride and groom a chance to be together and have this intimate private moment for as long as they want before the rest of the day goes swirling by. It’s an opportunity to take as much time as they need to be together and truly acknowledge that you are marrying your best friend! The two of them had a sweet, quiet conversation. And every time they thought they were ready to move on, they would look each other in the eyes and once again tear up. It was truly an honor to capture that moment for them!

Adam & Taylor’s wedding was at the Kiva Club in Trilogy at Vistancia. And they had a beautiful Jewish ceremony which meant that they were married right at sunset. And it couldn’t have been timed any better! They said “I do” with the most beautiful Arizona sunset in the sky behind them. It was breathtaking.

It was an absolute joy to be a part of Taylor and Adam’s Wedding at the Kiva Club. And I loved second shooting for Nathanael Tenney. Enjoy scrolling through these beautiful photos from their wedding day!!
