Before I photographed Kobe’s senior session and was just beginning my photography business, I was not really sure what to expect when shooting senior guys. To me, having brothers, they seemed like they would be easy, compared to girls who have been dreaming of their senior photos for years and want everything to go perfectly (which I love!). Honestly, I felt boys might be a little more laid back and flexible with whatever. But I heard from tons of other photographers how difficult senior boys were to work with. Everyone said they were not cooperative and not fully in the game. Senior photos were more for the mom rather than for them. So, I was a little worried… However, I was pleasantly surprised with Kobe’s senior session!
I love working with senior girls, no doubt about it! The pretty dresses, beautiful hair, and everything planned out perfectly is my favorite client. But there is something so fun shooting senior guys. They are so easy, and up for anything. Every senior guy session I have shot over the years have been enjoyable and stress free.
Kobe, you were amazing to work with! It is nice being able to work with more and more people just like you, who are so excited for this next stage of life, totally down for anything and everything, and really fun to be around! You made my job easy!
