Wow, friends! I can hardly believe another year has gone by and I’m already sharing the Grondin Family’s Morrison Ranch Family Pictures 2024! Our family photos!
Two Newsworthy Items for the Grondin Family This Year:
1. Adam & Aubrey are expecting!
First, Adam & Aubrey are expecting their first little girl in just a couple weeks! And we are over the moon excited! I’m not sure it’s fully sunk in yet that in just a few weeks we will be snuggling a little girl, but Auntie Bethie has a nice ring to it! Everything from baby shoes, to nursey designs are all we talk about these days & we love it!
2. Caitee is a senior!
Secondly, Caitee is a senior! Which is so bittersweet! If you been following along for a while, then you know Caitee comes to all my sessions with me. Which means every lighting test shot, just quick stand over there photo, quickly turns into a miniature, unofficial senior session! And I love it! But for this one, we knew we wanted to do a bit more. I ended up coming a day before with Caitee to capture a few more photos of just her in a petite senior session for her in this outfit! And then in the spring, we will take her ‘Official’ senior photos! And let me tell you, each petite & spur of the moment senior session, just makes me more and more excited for her pictures next spring!
So, in addition to coming a day before with Caitee, Adam & Aubrey asked me if we could stay back after our session and take their maternity photos! Of course! Quick dress change and we were rolling! And we captured so many beautiful ones of them! So special to capture this sweet & simple season of just the two of them and her bump, before their little girl arrives!

It really is an absolute honor to get to capture both of these super exciting season in beautiful photographs! It is never lost on me just how special it is to capture so many of the sweetest seasons in my clients life, but it is really a privilege to do it for my own family!
Our Favorite Location: Morrison Ranch
We took our photos at Morrison Ranch again this year … if that tells you anything about how much we *love* this location! (You can check out our other Morrison Ranch session here from last year!) Besides how beautiful it is with the ash trees and white picket fences; it is so easy for family photos. It looks like you are hidden on acres of beautiful farmland … and it’s right in our backyard. And I love our little tucked away spot, I found … hidden from all the people watchers!
Again we swapped photos with Olivia Sanchez. She took any photos I was in and I edited them all! You can also keep your eye out for her family photos coming again this October!
As always, we came home and celebrate with our Fall Feast Tradition! I shared more about our Fall Feast Tradition in last year’s blog, HERE. It’s a beautiful & cozy fall night! Everyone is dressed up for photos anyways, so we come back to the house for drinks, a pretty, fall dinner with pumpkin soup, and enjoy peach cobbler for dessert while we pick our Secret Santa names for this year! The best way to kick off the Fall and Christmas season, if you ask me! But this year, we got to add a few baby shower gifts into the mix … which made it all the more special!
