I’m extra fun with caffeine.

Sundays with family are my happiest days.

My perfect morning consists of an early morning sunrise, coffee, and quiet time with Jesus.

I could binge on chocolate, cookies, and “The Office” all night long.

Grease and Mamma Mia are my jam.

My ideal night is sitting around the fire pit and pool with my girlfriends.

My favorite trip has been to the Big Island, Hawaii, but my dream trip is Copenhagen, Denmark.

I want to say I love living out in the country, but I really enjoy picking up a latte at the Starbucks on every corner.

Phoenix Garden Wedding | Andrea & Joe

I am so excited to be sharing Andrea & Joe’s Phoenix Garden wedding! I associate shot their wedding for Justine Grace Photo & Film! And Andrea & Joe are one of the sweetest couples, so fun, easy to talk to, and very easygoing!

I met them at Culinary Dropout for drinks back in September and I remember leaving thinking this is going to be fun; and I was so excited for their wedding!

How Andrea & Joe Met:

Andrea is an architect and Joe grew up next store to her bosses. They said they met because Joe would come into the office to help with different things. One day they started chatting and Andrea asked if he could housesit and watch her chicken while she was on a trip to Jordan. Joe said he would and that he had just gotten back from Jordan too!  They said they would have to exchange notes when she returned. When she returned, they got together for drinks. They said they were both fully expecting a semi-awkward conversation, but they ended up staying till the last call. And the rest is history!

And like I said, they are a super easygoing couple … the morning of their wedding was a dream! It felt more like a family get-together… easy Saturday morning, wadding in the pool, music on, coffee runs while Andrea was getting her makeup done, kids just hanging out! So fun!

I took Andrea & Joe out to the backyard where they had their first look and we came back in and the place had been transformed. Everyone was dressed in wedding attire, a live guitarist strumming, a beautiful charcuterie board was laid out and everything was ready for the ceremony!

The ceremony was intimate, with only close family and of course the couple who introduced them! Afterwards we took a few photos, then a sweet champagne toast around the charcuterie board! Because we were so ahead of the timeline all day, Andrea & Joe had plenty of time to just enjoy their wedding day and spend so much time together with all their family and friends!

The Reception: A Phoenix Garden Wedding

From there we moved the party over to Dig It Gardens! Where we were able to take so many dreamy husband and wife portraits with the beautiful glowy light and all the greenery!

Their reception was absolutely beautiful! A big dinner party with all their closets family and friends in the garden with bistro lights overhead!

Andrea & Joe said that they were one of Dig It’s first customers when they opened 9 years ago and they won a 15% off discount code for life. And now they were Dig It’s first wedding!

It was such an honor to be able to photograph their wedding day and associate shoot for Justine! I just loved how sweet their wedding was! Everything was perfect from the intimate ceremony to the dreamy garden reception! I hope you enjoy scrolling through their Phoenix Garden wedding photos!
