I cannot believe I am posting this blog right now!! The Knox’s Riparian Family Photos has to be by far the most spontaneous and last minute session, I’ve ever pulled together!
Kristin and I were emailing a little bit back and forth over the weekend. Until Monday morning, she emailed me asking “Any chance you are available TODAY for a session? It’s the last cool day before it gets really hot.”
I hopped on a call with her and within 10 minutes we had the session planned for THAT afternoon! But the crazier part? She showed up with everyone looking AMAZING with perfectly coordinate outfits! I am impressed!
And I’m so glad we jumped on the opportunity! It really was the perfect afternoon to be outside and what a fun way to enjoy it! Kristin shared how she was really wanting some water in the photos, so we decided to go to the Riparian.

There is a spot in the back, with a beautiful tree and water that I just love. And we talked about everything from how we both love to bird watch all the way to Disney princess & AI!
The Riparian showed off for their session with the beautiful light, everything in full bloom, even TONS of little baby ducklings and their mamas were all around … we should have brought seeds!
Jesse & Kristin have their hands full to say the least — they have TWO super sweet, playful toddlers. Kaylee is 2 and a half years old and Korbin is 1 and a half years old. They both loved running around the Riparian and even more so watching the little ducklings! Safe to say, I was impressed with Jesse’s dad-skills for catching Korbin from falling into the pond at the very last minute … every-time! And he somehow ended the session with a crisp white shirt! Kaylee is the sweetest little girl – and she just loved taking photos! She was absolutely gorgeous in her long white dress and she has the best smile!
They said the last time they had family photos taken was during Korbin’s maternity session over a year and a half ago! And this was their first set of family photos as a family of FOUR now! So special! Enjoy scrolling through the Knox’s Riparian Family Photos!
