A year ago, I took Abby’s family photos. It was right after her youngest, Moriah, was just born and I just fell in love with the Carter family! They are a family that lights up a room when they smile and they seriously have the best personalities!
But this year, I got to take the sweetest, solo maternity photos of Abby at Coons Bluff! She is pregnant with her third child and couldn’t be more excited! She was telling me how she is the only one who knows the baby’s gender. Abby was dying to found out, but Nathan, her husband, wanted to keep it a surprise… So, she said she has slowly been squirreling away, new baby clothes and toys while keeping the gender a secret.
It was so funny talking about the possibility of having THREE girls all about 15 months apart! What an exciting, crazy, sweet, hormonal adventure that would be!! But if it was a little boy, growing up with 2 older sisters, he would be the sweetest little gentlemen! I can’t imagine how hard it would be to be the only one to know the gender… I think I would go crazy!
Sessions with Abby are always a ton of fun! And the photos are even better! I am so excited to share these with you!
But don’t let these gorgeous, whimsical easy photos from Abby’s Arizona Maternity Session fool you… the day was not nearly as romantic as it might appear. I hate to spoil the magic… but it was still summer in Arizona (TRIPLE DIGITS) and the critters and bugs were out and about at Coons Bluff!
I’m really grateful for clients that don’t even bat an eye at uncomfortable situations! But instead, completely roll with the punches and make everything look so breezy!
