And this is it!! This blog brings the 2026 Spring season to a close … and wow did that go so fast!! I am so excited to be sharing these Queen Creek Wash Family Photos! They really were such a dream and the perfect transition from Spring photos to Summer Photos.
I really can’t believe that we are already bringing the 2026 Spring minis to a close! Spring in Arizona has always been a favorite of mine and I’m in love with all the beautiful Spring photos that were taken over the past couple of months! And today, we are adding so many more beautiful photos to that line up! These photos really were the perfect transition photos from Spring: with all the beautiful dresses, florals, and bows to Summer, with the summer light and playing barefoot in the sand.
These Queen Creek Wash family photos were taken the afternoon before Mother’s Day … which just made it all the sweeter! I can’t think of a better way to kick off Mother’s Day, than to have a few special photos WITH mom in them! Plus, “All mom wants for Mother’s Day is a photo with you smiling” has some amazing pull in smile negotiations.
Not that we needed to play that card too much for these sessions … I left talking about how sweet all of these families were! I seriously pinch myself that this is what I get to do for work … photographing little boys playing in the sand and little girls twirling in the afternoon light. It’s so wonderful!
After this, my camera only gets to take a *short* summer’s nap, before it’s back to snapping again! Next up on the dock is the annual BGP Back-to-School Portrait Day and summer minis!!
