This might just be the epitome of the spring blogs this year! These Rose Garden Mini Sessions were so dreamy! It couldn’t have been any better!

And oh boy this one is right up there with them! Spring in Arizona is one of my favorites! And these sessions check off all the boxes for why with the lush green grass, big mature trees, beautiful light, and now beautiful rose blooms all over! Add in a few sweet littles and moms in beautiful dresses and these photos are so dreamy!

The James Family
Sara arrived early and somehow made carrying around two littles in a beautiful dress and heels look effortless. She said these photos were equal parts: photos to celebrate for Madison’s adoption back in January and Luke’s 1 year old photos! How special! They are such a sweet family! And Madison loves Luke so much! She was so eager to hold his hand, show him where to walk, and give him lots of clunky toddler hugs… very loving intentions, but it usually ended in a bit of a toddler tumble. They really are such a sweet family!
The Shanahan Family’s Rose Garden Mini Session
I just loved getting to take the Shanahan family photos! Zayne is 8. He will turn 9 in July and he was the BEST! He was always so willing to jump in a photo and he even helped organize who was in the next photo. With his help, their session flew by and we got so many absolutely beautiful spring photos!
Kennedy’s One Year Old Photos at the Rose Garden
You may remember little miss Kennedy from when I first took their big extended family photos back in June last year. And then we took Kennedy’s 6 month photos at Morrison Ranch in September … and those were so darling! And now, I can hardly believe we just took her ONE year old birthday photos! Where did that year go?! Little Kenndy is so precious! She was so content, happily exploring the rose garden. It really is so special getting to watch her grow and it’s an honor to get to capture it in beautiful photos for them.
