I would say the best part of my job is having opportunities to meet couples and families, who are leaving an encouraging legacy. I love meeting families who lead a life that is so others focused and loving. The Walterhouse’s family photos session was another one of those amazing opportunities. Just in the short time of their session, the Walterhouse’s left an imprint on me that will last forever.
They foster children and the Walterhouse’s wanted family photos with them, before they left to return to their biological family. I am always so awe inspired by families who foster children. Being willing to fall in love with these sweet children that enter their home, knowing they will have to say goodbye is such a loving sacrifice. Hearing how much the Walterhouse’s love these children while they were together is the sweetest.
I love watching how even the kids help, love, and care for the littles. They show how good families work together. I am sure Kaylee and David would not be able to serve and love the kiddos that come and go from their home so well without Regan and Jackson. The Walterhouse’s clearly are an amazing family who all work together and make a great team. They care so much for the success and well-being of others and it shines through in everything they do!
Walterhouse Family,
It was such a joy photographing your sweet family! Every child that enters your home is gifted with so much love. What an amazing sacrifice your family is making. You can see how much joy Regan and Jackson have being around Shea and Adley. Your sweet, giggling, joyful family was so enjoyable to spend a few minutes with and seeing how kindly you treat each other was refreshing. I am so encouraged by the beautiful, selfless, and loving legacy your family is leaving.
What a lovely family. And what a blessing for those little children to be part of such a caring family even for just a short while. Bethie, these pictures will be treasured by the Foster Mom and Dad forever. Once again you wrote a terrific story about an amazing family. God bless the Walterhouse family.
