My heart is so full! This was year 2 of taking the Thiel’s Family Photos! (You can see last year’s session with them at the cotton field, HERE!) And it couldn’t have been any better!
The Theil’s are my cousins, so I could be biased… but I think they’re one of the cutest families!
We’ve had the Thiel’s family session on my calendar for a long time, but when it came to the day of the session, the heavens opened up! Typically, I would have been giddy for a nice rainy afternoon, but it really put a damper on the session. So, we made a final call decision to bump it to the next day. And let me tell you, that was a good move!
It was bright clear skies during their session AND we were able to get a ton of glowy portraits!!
Gracie and Owen’s grandparents were in town, from Maryland, and visiting for the first time in TWO YEARS… thanks to covid. I couldn’t imagine going two years without seeing Gracie and Owen, how hard that must have been for them?!
But since they were in town, they were able to come along and join us for their family photos. And we were able to capture the sweetest photos of the whole family together!
I just know that over the years these photos will become more and more special! What a treasure it is to have such sweet photos of them with their grandchildren at such young ages! It’s photos like these that give BGP such purpose, to simply share the life-giving legacy this sweet family is leaving! What an honor to be able to capture this season for them!
