The first mini session of 2026 is in the books—and oh, it feels so good to be back on location and behind the lens again for the Halfhill’s Tumbleweed Ranch Mini Session!
After getting so many requests for Spring Minis, I quietly opened one mini session day at Tumbleweed Ranch—just for my email list. I haven’t made it back on social media since Thanksgiving, but the inbox has been full of “Are you bringing back minis this year?” messages from my BG Moms, and I couldn’t wait any longer.
I have exciting news … Spring Minis have officially launched!! They opened up for early booking for the email list on Friday and they are officially live and open to the public TODAY! I’m already blown away by how fast they’re being snatched up! I know it’s technically a waitlist, but my goodness—it feels like you’ve truly been waiting for these dates to drop. You guys weren’t kidding.
But I am so grateful for your patience … between all the Auntie Duties (A&A just welcomed their second … a little boy! You can see their newborn photos HERE), I’ve been slowly plugging away at launching dates in between feeding fig bar bites to duckies, practicing farm animal sounds, and sneaking back to my computer with mashed “cado! cado!” 🥑 on my jeans. Village life is full—and my heart is even fuller.
But they are up! Dates are live. Spring minis are here. 🙌🏼 The goal with these upcoming Spring minis is to showcase as much Arizona Spring beauty as we can! And I’m beyond exited for it! The Halfhill’s Tumbleweed Ranch Mini Session
And we are kicking off this year’s sessions with The Halfhill family. We stumbled across the prettiest little corner of Tumbleweed Ranch, bursting with florals, greenery, and even butterflies! Zoe and Carly wore the most darling matching dresses and cowgirl boots! And that old little green house in the background was so sweet! And to think this was just the warm-up. I can’t wait for what’s ahead!
