I’m extra fun with caffeine.

Sundays with family are my happiest days.

My perfect morning consists of an early morning sunrise, coffee, and quiet time with Jesus.

I could binge on chocolate, cookies, and “The Office” all night long.

Grease and Mamma Mia are my jam.

My ideal night is sitting around the fire pit and pool with my girlfriends.

My favorite trip has been to the Big Island, Hawaii, but my dream trip is Copenhagen, Denmark.

I want to say I love living out in the country, but I really enjoy picking up a latte at the Starbucks on every corner.

My Favorite Things About These Queen Creek Wash Family Photos

But for now, I am still completely gushing over these Queen Creek Wash family photos! These photos feel like they were taken in the hundred acre woods & I just *love* it! (You honestly, would never have guessed it was TRIPLE DIGITS outside!)

More than that, it was so wonderful getting to work with some past BG families & meet so many new ones! Honestly, even though it was my first time meeting a lot of these families … it didn’t feel like it. I’m so grateful for this small little corner on the internet that feels cozy. And allows us not only to meet each other, but really get to know each other’s stories.

It may seem like these mini sessions would feel like a 20 minute whirlwind in and out but, somehow they opened the door for sweet conversations to form. We talked about everything from my health & allergies, Caitee’s graduation, our summer trip to Yellowstone all the way to the challenges and joys  in motherhood, your kiddos and their happy & hard stories, life with all its twists and turns, hurt & loss, and everything in between. And that is so beautiful!

It’s never lost on me just how much of an honor it is to photograph your sweet families. There is so much more than meets the eye than just smiling for a quick photo. These photos really do tell the stories of your families … the complexity & the beauty alike. And I’m just grateful to be a part of it.

I can’t think of a better way to kick off Mother’s  Day weekend!  I hope you enjoy scrolling through these beautiful Queen Creek Wash family photos!

Now, off to tuck my camera away for a long summer’s nap –
