I’m extra fun with caffeine.

Sundays with family are my happiest days.

My perfect morning consists of an early morning sunrise, coffee, and quiet time with Jesus.

I could binge on chocolate, cookies, and “The Office” all night long.

Grease and Mamma Mia are my jam.

My ideal night is sitting around the fire pit and pool with my girlfriends.

My favorite trip has been to the Big Island, Hawaii, but my dream trip is Copenhagen, Denmark.

I want to say I love living out in the country, but I really enjoy picking up a latte at the Starbucks on every corner.

Queen Creek Wash Senior Photos | Caitee’s Senior Sessions

I am so excited to be sharing this!! This is a session we’ve been dreaming about for years … *drumroll* … Caitee’s Queen Creek Wash Senior Photos!! And let me just say, it was everything we dreamed of and more!!

For those who are new around here, Caitee is my sister.  Every one of my BG Families knows Caitee! She comes to all of my sessions. She’s the one behind the scenes taking videos, catching small details in the photos like scrunched shirts and stray hairs, coming up with sweet little games for kiddos, even climbing fences to find the perfect stick! I can capture such amazing photos, because Caitee’s behind me taking care of everything else.

When Caitee was 5 she had a dream of having a little white puppy named Snowball. She spent the next 5 years working hard and saving up for her. And when she was 11, she finally had her dream puppy … a white little Maltese Shih Tzu, named Snowball.

And while I would never call my self a dog-person … Snowball has changed that! She is gentle, snuggly, playful, and perfect in every way!! And her loyalty cannot be matched! Caitee was homeschooled from 3rd grade up and loved every minute of it! And Snowball has sat on Caitee’s lap for every single subject, every single day … well, except ASL on Thursday mornings, only because of the groomers!

So it only seemed fitting for Snow to be in these photos too … It’s the entire senior class, if you will!

Caitee is beyond talented!! Everything she touches sparkles and has so much life and beauty in it from her films, her writing,  her watercolors, all the way to her quilts and embroidery. There is no shortage in her creativity and everything she does is done well.  A fun part of being homeschooled too is that I got to teach her photography as an elective!

Why Queen Creek Wash?

We took her *Official* Senior photos at Queen Creek Wash … it’s one of my favorite locations! We have taken our own family photos there back in 2021. And I’m hosting minis there in May … You can learn more about those HERE. The way the light shines through the trees makes the whole photo sparkly and we *love* it!

And then we also took a few photos at the Riparian. When we started homeschooling, we would spend so much time walking around the Riparian, enjoying the day, watching the birds, and feeding the ducks. It has always been one of our favorite places. So we decided for her session just to do our norm Riparian-routine, just *prettier* .. we walked the path we always walk, while taking photos. Those photos just feel like Caitee.

Not to mention, all the smaller sessions we’ve had this year: at Morrison Ranch and the Rose Garden. It’s safe to say her entire senior year has been beautifully documented. I couldn’t help but share a few faves from those session too. I hope you enjoy scrolling through Caitee’s Queen Creek Wash senior photos + a few bonus photos!
