I’m extra fun with caffeine.

Sundays with family are my happiest days.

My perfect morning consists of an early morning sunrise, coffee, and quiet time with Jesus.

I could binge on chocolate, cookies, and “The Office” all night long.

Grease and Mamma Mia are my jam.

My ideal night is sitting around the fire pit and pool with my girlfriends.

My favorite trip has been to the Big Island, Hawaii, but my dream trip is Copenhagen, Denmark.

I want to say I love living out in the country, but I really enjoy picking up a latte at the Starbucks on every corner.

Adam’s GCU Senior Photos

I can’t believe that I am posting this blog… Adam’s GCU Senior Photos!! If you are new to reading my blogs or don’t know me, Adam is my older brother. I remember taking Adam’s high school graduation photos and feeling so excited. It was the first session knowing that the photos would be sent out to friends and family and used all over. But for some reason, it is even crazier to think that only a couple of years later, we’re driving up to GCU to capture photos on campus before he graduates college!!

We were laughing at the session, I was showing him how to pose and stand like I do every session. At one point I told him to take two steps to the left to adjust the light, and instead of him moving he told me to move! In my 6 years of shooting, he is the first person to ever suggest that I move instead! Lol! I guess that’s what it looks like to take photos with your brother!

But the session was a blast and the photos came out even better! Towards the end, we had his girlfriend, Aubrey (who’s senior photos I’m taking later this month) and his old roommate, Jacob, jump in for a few all together! My goal in my photos has always been to capture everything about this season of your life through photos, but there is something so special about doing that for Adam. To have photos of him walking around the GCU business college, with his girlfriend and roommate just as happy as can be is exciting! And it really does capture what his life has looked like for the past couple of years! I know it is bittersweet to see those years come to an end, but it is exciting to see what the next few years have in store!
