A few months back, I was asked to photograph Courtney’s baby shower. Her sisters had put it on for her and it was so sweet! It was amazing to have a glimpse into her family and their relationships. Seeing how supportive and kind everyone was and how genuinely excited they were for Courtney and Austin, gives you this incredible feeling of joy! Near the end of the shower, the sisters all came close to Courtney and gently placed a loving hand on her to pray over little Hudson and the rest of her pregnancy. They each went around sharing their hopes for the new baby and asking that God would raise him to be a good, honorable man. They prayed that Courtney would be healthy and have a good birth, and they prayed for her and Austin as they begun this new chapter of parenthood. Tears streamed down her face. Knowing that Hudson was already so loved and will have this much support as he walks through life, is such a blessing!
Courtney, you are already such an amazing mom! You are so kind, loving, gracious, and sweet and it shines through everything you do! Hudson is so blessed to call you mom.
